Position: Director of Operations
Location: HMC Head Office, Leicester
Hours: Full Time Job
Duties: To run and manage the office and field activities of the HMC. Manage an organisation of 75+ employees. Includes: Financial Management, HR and People Management, management reporting and control, industry relationship management.

Skills: The following skills are required within the individual:

• Highly motivated
• Graduate
• Excellent Communication skills and experience in dealing with people from a variety of backgrounds. Ability to communicate in Urdu and Arabic  is highly desirable
• Relevant IT skills required to perform above duties
• Financial Management skills
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience is essential
• High level organisational skills extremely important. Ability to set targets and monitor performance with the use of appropriate tools.

Salary: Negotiable – Dependant on Experience, starting £20k

Inspectors

• 1 full time inspector required to work in red meat slaughterhouse in Milton Keynes area. Immediate start.
  

• 3 inspectors required in and around the Batley, Dewsbury, Wakefield area. Minumum of 16 hours per week.
