Alhamdulillah, since its inception, HMC has setup a network of  ten abattoirs, three cutting plants, four distributors (supplying agents), approximately twenty local butchers & four takeaways. The production is monitored, certified and labelled by qualified HMC inspectors at every stage and finally available at local butchers and monitored by our qualified local inspectors. HMC licences are displayed at the butchers detailing the products certified. The Butchers are only certified as long as the licences are displayed.

HMC has now started monitoring local butchers in East London. For more details contact the office.

Many abattoirs and processors have enquired about HMC from various parts of the country and are looking into implementing HMC certification system.

Many are also willing to remove the stunning arrangements they have had for years. This is all through the grace of the Almighty.

Please be reminded that the retailers are only certified as long as they have the licence displayed in the premises.

Any butchers or takeaways willing to come on board and wish to be certified by the HMC are required to contact the Head office to sign an agreement.

HMC aims to regulate and at every point inspect consumables from their sources to the consumer. This will be done by means of thorough inspections, continuous checks and the labelling of these consumables by qualified HMC inspectors. Thus overcoming the many doubtful issues arising in our daily life by providing the public the reassurance of guaranteed Halal products, not just “because it says Halal…it must be Halal”.
